Is this going to go away?

I had liposuction a week ago, the plastic surgeon says that this will tighten back up and go away with exercise. I was wondering if he is right or am I going to have to get revision surgery?

One week is waaaaay  to early to decide upon the results of your operation.  You are swollen now.

Give it up to six months to heal -- and then decide if you feel a revision may be necessary.  and then discuss it with your surgeon at that time.
