NEED HELP ASAP!

I'm 6 days post op. Woke up this morning, went to the bathroom, and noticed the base of my penis and most of my ballsack is bruised up. It's like a purplish color. I really hope this is part of the healing process and nothing else. Thinking of going to the ER... Help!

After abdominal liposuction and similar procedures, it's common to have the "bruising" migrate down the body along soft tissue planes and settle at certain points related to gravity and soft tissue insertions.  I always warn my male abdominal liposuction patients that their genitalia may become bruised and swollen in appearance, but that this is short lived and resolves on its own.  Nothing to worry about.
