Psuedo or Gyne or just fat?

Hello guys,

I'm new to here, so I wanted to see what I have. I have had man boobs since I was around 10. It sucks man, it really does. I am 18 at the moment, and I was wondering what kind of tips should I consider. Should I start losing extra weight?

It is hard to make any guess from just one pic. I think, you posted the same link 3 times. People may need more pics in different angles to give their opinions. Do it and you will definitely get some good inputs.
