You look fine to me.  I'd start exercising and watching what I ate. If you're still showing bad, then you might have an issue.  I wouldn't worry at all at this point other than worrying about losing fat.

thank you for the reply any opinions from anyone else also what would be a good way to monitor if they change in size or not just a measuring tape thing around my chest or a different way

You look fine to me too ! Nothing which does not look normal to me... You're in rather good shape. If you're not satisfied with your chest, I suggest you to make some weights.

Difficult to say, if you did have any tissue id imagine itd be a small amount the overall countor of your shape is good which is why id say its maybe just fat

Id reccomend a gym routine, and you need to work on your posture you look a bit hunched over, stand up straight youd look so much better!

well your belly sticks out further than your chest but I wouldnt say your chest resembles that of a females.
Its not a size thing its a contour thing as i think the docs keep telling people!

Very minimal, if at all.  If you have gained weight recently, then try to take it off and then again look at your chest.  When weight is gained in males, it tends to go to the chest and the abdomen.  At your age, it should be easy to shed a few pounds and I predict your chest will look even better.
