quite different story...sudden conversion of muscles to fat

hello sir....

   My story is quite different from others..I am 30 yr old boy.I had gynecomastia since i was 15yr old .I had TB when i was 8 yrs old and also i had baldness medicines by mistake without knowing its side effects in 2009.I m in very ockward situation....i had surgeries twice in 2008 an 2010 (liposuction)but still i have fat on my chest and it is huge amt of fat.  One day before few days, i hae noticed sudden decrease in muscles and increase n fat on my chest,infact not only on chest but on allover the body...plz help me...can u tell me what is the name of this desease or can u give me few guidelines...please sir ..i badly need ur help....plz help me..plz help
