Wow, great job done there, would say you were similar to me. I'm doing fine right now, actually looks like I have pecs which is what I wanted - had done so much upper body training over the years I think it's just reward! Will load some more pics soon.

Day 7 now, all looking good, chest is very hard - swelling or normal? It's hard to say. Nipples a little inverted, very little creasing left. Have shifted a few lbs as well. As the incisions have healed up nicely, is it ok to start massaging?

Looked great mate, don't get hung up about the swelling (which it will definately be at day 7, you can see by your pictures your chest is really burised still, so keep up with the arnica, buy some extra if you run out, i bought arnica cream to help with the massage) , I got worked up about the results so quick,  and had a few phonecalls off Karidis himself.
The inverted nipple will definately sort itself out, one of mine was severely inverted and now has come out looking fresh as a daisy. I can't even see any creases or scars anymore! Feel free to message me anytime.

Just keep the massging up to tighten the skin and then all the creases will disappear.

They advise massaging after two weeks and honestly, I would wait until then.

You will have quite a deep wound there and need to give it the time to heal. At 7 days my chest would have been too sensitive to massage, there is still a lot of bruising there. Waitinig for a while isnt going to affect your results.

massaging to often, to soon after surgery and to hard will cause more scar tissue

i massaged to the extent that i gained scar tissue inside my muscle from hard massaging with my knuckles. Apply gentle pressure (firm) use your fingertips and not your knuckles. Improving loads mate once your BF goes down itl look loads better!

Keep on chillin ... get Black ops and just relax forget exercising etc for now just eat well

OK, 2 weeks post-op, haven't noticed a great deal of change since week 1 but I'm sure there is underneath. Still some creasing and nipples inverted - I guess I need to give it time.

I took the vest off for most of yesterday. After a few hours I appeared much more swollen and more lumpy in the chest area. As I had quite a severe case, I'm going to wear the vest for another 2 weeks 24/7 as I guess it can't do any harm. Will start massaging then as well. Have strangely grown to like it --- it strengthens my back and makes me stand more upright.

I also have stretch marks around the bottom of my cheste which has lead to a tethering effect. Quite unsightly in a certain light but hopefully soon covered up once all the hair grows back. Is bio oil truly the best for massaging, or will any old cream do? Cheers.

The compression vests do a good job of keeping the swelling down which improves the overall result.   I doubt there is any harm in wearing it a bit longer if you feel comfortable.

Creasing / Dents / Tethering take a long time to even out and in my experience I would say even a couple of years out it still isn't 100% normal........ but I had a very severe case........ if yours was bad you may not ever get total perfection either.

Just be patient because I saw changes 9...10..11+ months later,  not 100% but still much better than say 2 weeks post op.
