hard painful lump at the side of chest

hi, i recently underwent gynecomastia surgery 2 weeks ago, and i have a lump beside my right nipple under my armpit, and i was just wondering if this is normal and part of the recovery process, thank you.

Sounds like something I experienced. It should be normal, but I'd double check with my doctor if I were you. My doctor told me this is part of the process and from everything I've read here, it sounds like that is normal.
