im doing ok! thanks. medyo napraning ako nung last post ko kasi feeling ko napansin ng mga tao yung bandage sa ilalim ng tshirt ko.
so far ung pinakamahirap, pano itago yung bandage/binder, pero looking forward to taking it off since mag 3 weeks na soon
Namamaga pa pero yung shape niya hindi na masyadong patulis. Mas flat na siya pero medyo mukha pa ring natutulak palabas yung chest ko.

Yung pinaka biggest na nakita kong difference nung mga 2-3 days after, pag kakatangal lang ng bandage at compressed na compressed siya. Ngayon kahit matagal siyang nakabandage/binder at tinangal ko, halos same. Sana ung final result umabot sa ganon ulit.. 

Kamusta yung sayo? Are you able to wear the bandage/binder in public ok?

musta pare?oks naman yun saken pare kahet makita binder ko  actually yung pagtatago na naopera ko  di naging problem sken to tell you the truth all my friends and relatives alam nila lahat walang halong biro kse pare sinasabi ko nag paopera ko sa cyst kaya oks lng regarding other people naman pag nakita nila I dont care naren pare as long as masaya ko na wala na gyne ko and now its getting better and better pag tinitingnan ko nga chest ko sa salamin sbi ko oks na oks na tho later mag pose na ko ng picture ko now lng ako nagkatime ehh check mo nalng para macompare mo ren situation mo sken,yun sken malaki talga tinangal nagulat nga ako ng ipakita ni doc sken ehh maliit lng ng konti sa palad ko...sige dude basta wait lng ganon talga namamaga pa ehh ignats pare..

binabasa ko itong topic. mukhang common nga ang swelling. ung case nito parang walang nangyari, and it can take upto 3 months. siguro ung  confusion ko katulad din ng sakanya.

update on my surgery.
about 1 month post op na ako.

so far i think yung improvement right now is not so much. meron improvement.. definitely, pero maliit lang. it goes from about 60% - 80% of old size before. my hats off to doc, i am very grateful to him and very happy to get the operation and to find this site. i would have never thought i'd get it done.

as of my results right now, im still expecting to have revision surgery. im feeling a bit more confident right now since may improvement naman. my plan right now is to lose weight and get my bodyfat % low & increase my muscle mass. i still have 2 more months to go before 3 month total which should give the final results..

at 1 month-3 months do u guys still wear compression / binders? i dont anymore wear my ab binder at work, but i put it on at night and during sleep, but not that strictly anymore. should i keep it on ?

bro, so ano ba ginawa ni doc benny sa'yo kung walang glad removal?  Lipo lang ba???

Kasi nabasa ko din, di lang ako sigurado, pero iba't ibang tambakan daw ng tao ng taba...so mejo hinay2x lang sa fatty food cguro.

in terms of fat, malas lang yung distribution sa katawan ko, pero yung overall weight to height ko, nasa underweight side ako.

Lipo lang ung ginagawa sakin, sa armpit yung incision ng tube. actually medyo natatakot ako ngayon kung mag pa revision ako dahil ung nipple ko ung tatangalin. medyo relieved nga ako ng sinabing sa armpit lang.. mas matagal kase ung recovery and may chance na mag bleed pa ung nipple incision.. tsaka may scar.. sa Lipo ko, sobrang liit ng scar, barely noticeable. 1 millimeter lang

may nagsabi, after 2 weeks mukhang ok ung chest niya.. ako din kase after 2 weeks, ok siya.. so anong nangyari?

ano yung bumalik? swelling ba? ok tapos na yung swelling.. kaso may natira.. ano to, ito ba yung gland na hindi tinangal? o baka naman scar tissue lang to..
kase bakit after 2 weeks kapag nakabinder, flat siya.. sabi ni doc wala ako masyado gland.. hindi ako naniwala dati.. pero pwede kayang scar tissue lang ito?

so ung nabasa ko techniques para tangalin ang scar tissue: massage & pinch lang..
as of now nag nunumb siya kapag minassage at pininch at ginalaw galaw.

roof musta? baka may natira lng kse kung natanggal na taba di na dapat bumalik yun or baka naman gland yan na dapat incision!!!! strange  yung case mo bro kse sken as in nung tinangal na sya wala na talaga gland even if may natira konti pero oks naman...
so what's your plan now ipaparevise mo ba kay doc?

im gathering the courage again to have revision surgery.. summer is near also.. sana walang mga beach invitations.. also i might have to lay low in sports..

a few minutes ago i just had a cold hard experience with strangers teasing my gyne in public.. cold hard truth.. the gyne looks bad right now. i need to schedule revision asap.. wish me luck..

Hey ROAP...have any before and after pics?  Maybe even pics at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 3 months post-op?  Would be interesting to see how the 3 month pics compare to the previous stages of your recovery.

If you don't have pics, maybe just comment on how things changed (or didn't) at those stages.  I can only understand a portion of your posts so not sure if you might have already provided that.

i dont have any pics.. the doc took one pre-op but i never asked it from him either.

until about week 2 probably was the best. the more it healed, the fuller it seemed to get. i think it stabilized at about 1 1/2 month though. right now, the upper part has less fat, but this also makes the gland more noticeable. maybe even when there was fat in my upper chest, it pulled the gland up therefore spreading it out a bit. now the puffiness of the nipple is more noticeable. i was disagnosed as not having much gland.. now that the fat is less, the gland is very noticeable. its hardness is also now very obvious when felt. the region surrounding the nipple feels harder now. dont know if its actually harder or just feels harder..

im planning to have revision surgery about april 14ish.

just earlier i was made fun of again in public again. i lived my life trying to hide myself and the past couple of months i did activities which would require me to be in public, but i guess the gyne isnt gone yet and as is happening, i am not normal enough to do things like normal people  (yet).. so its been hard to deal with lately, causing me alot of anger 

i feel like im cornered and i just wanna disappear.. anyway im just venting out again.. thanks for reading and hopefully all things will be ok soon

ROAP, I know the feeling of being teased and being looked at.. for me im around almost 2 months post op, my chest is still a bit big I can say, but not that pointed like it was before, im able to wear the shirts that I bought 4years ago and wasnt able to wear because of my chest being too pointed.. but now its better, probably 50-60% smaller than it was before, but im happy with it, I still can feel something hard in the area where the glands were removed but doc told me it will subside in time.. Goodluck in your revision.. Dont worry about venting out here, no one without gyne will have time to read this forum.. (except the Dr's ofcourse).
