Sorry for the poor quality, it's the best I could do atm.

Also, could this be caused by the fact that I have low test (and probably high estrogen levels)?

My test-levels are 347 ng/dl. That's pretty low for an 18 year old, isn't it? Plus, I store a ton of fat in my hips and chest.

Any input would be appreciated.

I can't see anything ... if there is, it looks like it's just a bit of fat.

Bulk your chest up a little if you want to improve it, otherwise, I see no problem

Yeah, I don't see a bad case if any of gyne.

Since you're test is low, gaining muscle may be a hard thing to do, but it would help.

Good luck. And know that you're not alone..

Poor photos -- tough to discern.  But not major gyne.

If you are overweight, best advice is to lose weight and exercise -- you may not be concerned with your chest after that.

Posting Standard Gynecomastia Pictures can better help others understand your concerns. The views you post are too distorted to demonstrate contour issues.

There are many possible Medical Conditions Causing Gynecomastia that can result in abnormal levels. Lab numbers by themselves have little value. Many Endocrinologists as what lab the tests were performed as some places are less reliable. Time of day also factors into the results as hormone levels fluctuate widely during the day. That is why an experienced Endocrinologist who has had the chance to evaluate the specifics should be the one to comment.

Hope this helps,
