Hey guys, here with an update, been a while since my operation, but just thought I'd post where I am today.

I have been working out TONS, and I love it.  I get lots of attention from the girls, worrying about having awkward conversations and trying to hide my gyne are days far, far in the past, and I truly am happy.  Good luck to all with your quest, you can do it!

Hey guys, I would just like to first, thank this community for helping me out with this problem.  It answered all of my questions and reassured me that their were other people with my problem and I wasn't some freak.  It helped me get to where I am today, and I am only now starting to live life, and right in time for the summer.



I'd like to now show my pre-op pics.  Now I can hardly believe my chest used to look like this, if I didn't take pictures, I would not have been able to remember what my chest looked like..

I see your before and after pics and think "wow his puffy nipples have really change because of the surgery" then I see your 2 years post op, and "holy s*#t" your ripped!

Congratulations man! This is a complete transformation that should serve as a glimpse of hope for current sufferers. It also goes to show that surgery is just one part of completing the look; exercise is needed as well to get the chest that many would consider ideal.

OHIP covers gland removal if you're under 18 and live in ontario.  No he doesn't have a website, just book a consultation through your family doctor with him.

Thanks for the picture.  I don't have OHIP and I don't like in Ontario, so could I not get it free?  Also, do you know of any other ways of getting it covered?

Hey rage,

You and I have a very similar case and I also had excision only. I just wanted to ask you, when did your swelling go down completely and how long did you wear your vest? I read in one of your other posts that you "still had swelling at 3 weeks that looked worse than the initial problem at times?"
