Post OP worries and questions...
HI,
         I just underwent my surgery yesterday and the surgeon said it was a resounding success. I don't have serious gyne (just puffiness and slightly large chest) but today I don't see much change in my shape! He said there will be swelling, is this what it is? Is it just my chest swelling up after the op?

Will everything shrink and settle down in time?

Dude, don't even consider judging results after one day. Recovery will take months. I'm over 3 months post-op and still seeing changes.
