Before and after Dr. Schafer

Sorry the pics are'nt  great, but you get the idea. I dont think the before pics really show how bad it was, let me know what you think. Before I weighed 185 After is 8 weeks later, and I now weigh 165. Plan to get under 160, and start lifting weights. The small scar under my arms is the only incision.
