Looks to me case of gyne, but your are 16 only trying getting some hormone level tests maybe your hormones are out of wack once leveled it should disappear on its own. How long did u have this for, aka when did it start ?

It all started at about 12 or 13 I believe.

At 6'1" and 186 lbs, you are in ideal shape -- except for your chest.

You are exhibiting lax skin, droopy nipples and excess tissue -- all examples of gyne after weight loss.  This entire picture resembles someone who has lost a considerable amount of weight, correct?

Assuming you have had this for several years, it will probably not disappear on its own.  At sometime in the future, you will probably require surgery to provide a much better shape to your chest.

Best to consult with a gyne specialist -- and interview at least 2-3 surgeons before committing.
