4 weeks Post opt issues

Left side: still has fluid in in and a line of scar tissue to the left of the nipple.  The skin has a crease as well,  Is there anything I can do to tighten the skin up?  How about the skin crease?



Right side: nipple seems flat.



Should I just remain patient?

Admittedly it doesn't look great now.  But you are at a point of maximum swelling and concurrent major healing.  There are a great many changes occurring now and in the next several months.  And it it at this point that nothing can or should be done.

Things can improve -- but you must be patient.  Periodic visits with your surgeon are necessary -- for him to
evaluate the healing and for you to be able to ask questions.
