Does anyone think it will get better? or do l i need some type of revison? Please your thoughts and opinions could it be hematoma ? or just normal swelling its been 3 weeks kind of woriedURL=http://img818.imageshack.us/i/photo2qx.jpg/][/URL]

Looks pretty good for so early after the op.  Don't forget each side heals at its own rate.  You have several more weeks and months to see if the swelling on the right side goes down and matches the left.
