tissue in chest?

I don't have the female breast or man boobs, I have pointy and puffy nipples. When I feel behind nipples there is a lump in both the size of a pea. When I feel throughout my chest up to the mid chest I feel numerous pea sized lumps. Is this the gland?

Also my nipples are really weird looking. They look like a brain I kid you not. You know how a brain has all the ridges through it, that's what ir looks like on ny nipples. I absolutely hate it

What you describe sounds like mild gynecomastia. It might be helpful if you post some photographs.  "Gland" refers to the tissue which isn't fat but is partly responsible for the composition of gynecomastia, which is typically composed of some glandular elements (not fully mature "breast tissue" as in women) and fibrous tissue.  This tissue is generally located deep to the nipple and areola, but it could be palpable elsewhere, particularly extending toward your armpit on each side.
