hey man, congrats! as with the above post, I'am 46 and I also have a similar body to yours and my gyne was similar to yours. Also..after my surgery, my bruising was almost identical to yours! I didnt have much bruising in my arm pits though. I also had to have one incision below my left nipple to get out some large gland tissue. I'am one week out and feeling good. My doctor told me to wear my binder for 4-6 weeks which is kind of a drag but whatever it takes.
