How can you tell...(pictures)

How can you tell if you are getting gyno? Is there supposed to be hard tissue under the nipple? What other symptoms are there? I think I have gyno but I dont think I have gyno, I'm in a world of confusion right now!

my arm is stuck out, stretching back all my chest muscle making it flat, when I feel my chest I dont feel any hard bumps or noticable bumps

I only notice it when I'm hunched over and I look at my chest. My friend told me not to worry b/c of the low dosage. I definitely know my nipples have grown a bit due to the M1T. If these pictures aren't good enough, tell me, I need as much help as possible. Any feedback would be great, thanks.

yuo're best bet is to post some pics for us to help you...but if you have some pain,puffy       s or a hard disk(donut)shaped substance under the nip , you may have gyne...
