Look at my Pathetic Condition.

I have been living bravely with this for the past 14 years. In the process I have totally cut off myself from the society. Never allowed anyone (except a few special ones) to come close to me. I have been choking inside every single day. I will be undergoing surgery by Dr.Anantheshwar soon. Will the outcome be any worse than this?

To be honest, you are significantly overweight -- and the gyne is just a part of your overall condition.

And while you may concentrate on your gyne, the better idea is to concentrate on your whole body and lose some weight.  While doing so, you might consider wearing some body contouring garments to give you a better and more comfortable shape.

If gyne surgery alone is performed on you while at this weight, you will have added risks of surgery due to your weight and the results of the surgery might indeed be disappointing.
