if you have gyne, it's not noticeable from the pic.  I wouldn't sweat it man.  I guarantee you, most guys on this forum would love to have a chest similar to yours.  And, just from looking at your pic, and from what I've seen on this site, and from my own personal experience, you don't have gyne.  Of course I'm not qualified to say that, but if you went to a doctor, I'm sure he or she would say something similar.

Anyhow, hope that helps.  Also, remember to be kind to people who suffer with this condition.  True gyne can't be removed by working out.

You are one of those people who have a great looking chest and 99% of men would love to have it. But some guys simply aren't happy with a good looking chest, they want it perfect.
And if it's not perfect, they aren't happy, no happier than a guy with terrible gyne would be.

IF you have puffy nipples, there's no amount of working out that will do anything about it.  The ONLY way to correct slightly puffy nipples is to have surgery.  Generally, a combination of lipo and surgical excision of tissue is done.

Most guys wouldn't consider having surgery if they looked like you.  But only you can make the decision for you.  You would have to consider that your chest AFTER surgery could possibly look worse than it does now.  That's because not all plastic surgeons are specialists when it comes to gynecomastia surgery.

So if you elect to have surgery, you'll want to seek out a plastic surgeon who has a wealth of experience in correcting gynecomastia, and performs several such surgeries each year.  Some surgeons even devote their practice to it.
