Is Surgery necessary for my gyne?

I got Gyne through puberty when I was around 10 years old and I am now 21 years old.  I'm so tired of this but I gotten used to hiding it.  I can't really afford surgery so I just wanted some opinions on how bad it is, and what exact surgery I would need to get.

Very difficult to form an objective opinion since the photo has such a strong light from an angle which would tend to exaggerat the breasts.

Photo's with more neutral lighting might get a better response.

In any case, you are the only person who can say if surgery is warranted. The opinions of others(including myself) should not seriously influence you.

The only question you need to ask yourself is: How much does this affect my life and sense of self worth? For some of us it is not a big deal while for others it could be emotionally disabling.
