I've read it's used in prevention. I'm not sure it'll cure anything if you've had moob for any long period of time.

What scrabble said agrees with what we have heard here for several years.

There is nothing known that will significantly reduce the breast once the tissue has stabilized.

The reason surgery is so common is that it is the only sure way to reduce the male breast size.
