Almost 1-Year Post Op

It's almost been a year since I took the plunge and had my surgery, so I figured I'd stop by and provide an update.  More importantly, explain how it's changed my life.

First, Dr. Delgado is amazing.   He and his staff did a great job - start to finish.  They were professional, understanding and caring.   I'm extremely happy I chose him as my surgeon.  Yes, you'll hear that he's a bit more expensive than others, but why not have the best, if it's something you're going to live with for the rest of your life.....that's how I looked at it, at least.

You'll notice that I had it bad.  Yes, I was a bit overweight, but I've always had gyno and it was horrible to live with.  From personal to business, it was simply painful.  I feel for everyone that's still going through it.    Since my surgery, my life has completely change - confidence in everything I do.   I love my life.  I'm a better husband, father, friend, boss and employee - funny how something like this effects all aspects of your life.

As soon as I could, I started working out and running.   I've now lost 45 pounds, added a lot of muscle and continuing to get into the best shape as I can.  I'm healthy, and it's an amazing feeling.   I still want to lose a few more pounds, but i"m on my way.   It's quite a change from my original post.

All in all guys, make the change, take the plunge.  It'll be the best decision you ever made.
