Hi 16 currently, ive had gyno for 3 years now to which i belive is hormones as im 150lbs , 6 ft 1.
Recently this past week , to be specific my left nipple was a little itchy and my right was a little bit, and during last week i had a bit of pain in each of the nipples and mid chest.
To be honest in the 3 years ive had them ive never experianced itching, pain .
Mine are the type that are puffy when its hot and tight when its cold.
My gp said that it was glands mostly and it will go away as you finish puberty , that was around 4 months ago
What do you think i should do ?
