Massage Techniques - How and Why?
I've read a lot of posts concerning massaging for those that are post-op.

My doctor never said anything about this to me.

What is the purpose, and how should it be done?

ahhh no answer.  But this is important to me.  I want to heal as well as possible.

Should I be massaging my breasts to get rid of scar tissue?

What is the process for this?  How and how often?
