Need help please my nipples look deformed

I am just 1 week post op and have noticed a large crease about an inch long on my left nipple. I know its still very early in the healing phase, but has anyone had this after their op? and did it go away? Generally I'm happy about the shape of my chest now as i can wear t-shirts without slouching, but my nipples are a big concern...especially my left as it has a an inch wide crease.
