The odd truth is that Gynecomastia is usually self diagnosed. That means that if you think you have it then you do have it.

Opinions, including mine, actually are rather meaningless but yes I think you have a minor case of puffy nipples.

I would point out that there are guys here hoping to look that good after surgery.

Amen Paw Paw!  I think you hit it right on the head. 

Looking at your pictures however, I think as well that you may have a very slight case, but not too noticeable at all.  At least not based on the pictures you posted.  That being said, Gynecomastia plays havoc on your self esteem, so even the mildest cases feel like the worst thing ever to the man suffering from it.  Believe me, we all feel your pain!
