Kenalog and muscle damage.

I have met someone on another forum that claims his pec muscles have been damaged from cortizone shots into his scar tissue post surgery. Is this a possibility worth worrying about? Have any doctors heard of this? Thank you.

I have not heard of this, but of course anything is possible.  Kenalog injections require considerable skill by a physician who is knowledgeable about the medication.
