been offered for free on NHS...
Hi,

So I'm 17, live in London, and have the dreaded Gynocemastia- which I have had for about 5 years.

It's mainly my nipples that are just ridiculously puffy and stick out rather than "manboobs".

Firstly, does anyone know anything about the NHS gyno service in London? I have been offered a free operation at the Royal Free hospital.

Secondly, if I go through with the operation, does this mean the operation will be different and I won't have the scars afterwards underneath my nipple?
