Do I have Gyno? I am seeing a PS next month but thought I would see if you guys could help aswell in the meantime.

I am 23, about 6 ft / 180 cm, and am 76kgs or 169 pounds.
Have looked like this since I was about 13.

I would say a pretty mild case.  Your situation is very similar to mine, I got it through puberty at around 11 years old and I am 21 now.  A solid weight training program and lowering your body fat a bit could make a big difference in the overall appearance of your chest.

I would agree with tshock.  I think it may be a very mild case.  To be honest, a lot of guys here wouldn't mind looking like that compared to what they have now though.  I wouldn't be too concerned with you chest, I think it looks just fine!  If I saw you at a pool, or beach, I wouldn't give your chest a second thought!
