Hard Tissue Surrounding Nipples, NOT Behind Them??

Thats what I have. The hard tissue isnt directly behind the nipples, its surrounding them like donuts. Is this unusual or do any of you guys have it this way too??

I have the same thing... its to the left of both nips... im 8 weeks post-op.. how bout u? I massage it a few times a day..

Nope , I havent had my surgery yet... still losing weight first.
So where did you have yours done and what did it cost (if ya dont mind me asking)? Im in NY (long island) and was hoping that since it doesnt feel like I have a LOT of hard tissue that the cost may be less than the typical $6000 I keep reading about.
