Hi guys, well its been 2 weeks since I last posted and something amazing has happened.
The pain is totally gone, the puffyness has gone, my nipples are actually hard most of the time and my left nipple which was at its worst showing through clothing, is visibly reduced by quite a bit, in fact the gyno on both nipples appears to be reducing.
Now, some of you may laugh at this, but I am convinced now that protein shakes were making my gyno worse or even causing it. I have been drinking these shakes for years and years only having a break when I went travelling for 6 months, and guess what happened during that time? ...yep, no gyno issues.
I never acually thought protein shakes would be causing this as there is no science to back it up, however when I stoppped them two weeks ago, after 2 or 3 days the pain reduced, then went away completely (I've had constant pain, puffy nipples etc for a number of months before this). I haven't changed anything else or started any medication etc.
Please by all means shoot me down and tell me I'm deluded, but I just wanted to put this out on the forum in case it helps someone.
