Worried about crater deformity

Since I have tuberous breast deformity(serious puffy nips) I was wondering if the odds for crater deformity were higher?  Also do some docs choose not to perform surgery on these suffers because it is so severe? Thanks

Thanks for the quick response doctor Jacobs. I checked out the patients that you operated on and the pictures look amazing. From pictures that I've seen it seems that their is a thin layer of fat between the pectoral muscle and outer layer of skin and I would think that since so much gland is being excised out, that the thin fat layer is destroyed in a way whic would cause indentations and cratering, is that true?
