plz guys tell me how bad is it?

i want to ask which stage is it in and there any thing which i can do?

is there any Chance that it might go away? i am 20 years old.

i am not sure but i think 2-3 years. any suggestions?

Is the tissue behind the nipples hard or soft? I would go see a plastic surgeon that posts on this site

what i can feel is that the tissue behind one nipple is hard but in the other nipple the tissue is much softer and does not hurt even if  pressed really hard. And the tissue is donut like  hollow in the center.
