Can you have gynecomastia and puffy nipple?

Hi i was wondering if you can have gynecomastia and puffy nipple at the same time because that is what i think i have and i was also wondering if when you get surgery if its suppose to fix both?

Yes and yes.

Frequently, puffy nipples can be associated with excess tissue on the remainder of the chest.  I have also seen puffy nipples on an otherwise very skinny young man.  Any combination is possible.

As for treatment -- any properly trained surgeon should be able to address both at the same time.  If you go to my website's photo gallery, you can see a whole section devoted to treatment of puffy nipples.  Please note that there are some puffy nipples alone and also in conjunction with rather large gyne -- and everything in between.

Do your research carefully, though, and choose the best surgeon for your problem.
