Taking off the garment
Hello guys .. I wonder if i can take the garment off daily for like 5 mins is fine or not .. Im 4 days p.o

What did your doctor recommend? My doc told me to remove my vest after 72 hours to shower only.

why are you taking the vest off? to shower? if so then i would believe thats fine, i took mine off for 5-10 min max 2 days post op daily to shower.

I read the first 4 or so days are critical so don't cheat outside of showering. Load up on Meds if you have to but u need the compression
