Can't sleep with vest on!
It's almost 230am (Day after surgery) as I type this on my iPhone and I cannot sleep on my back as instructed to do. Do I have to as long as I have my compression vest on? If not, how much longer do I have to?

PS My lower back is in pain as well from laying on my back all day. Should I get up and walk around for s little?
