Switched to compression shirts over a week ago (two weeks post op). Trying different brands, spanx, underarmor, and underworks.

I must say the "Underworks Cotton Concealer Compression V-neck T-shirt Top" I got on amazon is a very heavy duty model. I would say it provides as much compression as the vest I had for the first two weeks. It is a very warm shirt however, and I would not recommend it if you are not in an cool environment daily (office, home, etc).

I also have a Spanx v neck model, that is very comfortable, but feels a bit light and only mild compression.

edit-update. I have also liked the underworks microfiber compression tank for the warmer weather. Also fits me well as a tall guy.
