Hi im 26 and im 6ft 4inchs and 230lbs. Recently in the past 6 months iv lost 55lbs but my chest hasnt changed. So i wondering if i have gyno.

Im pretty sure its just fat iv built quite abit of muscle under on my chest and i just seem to have dangleing boobs of fat when i flex comming off my chest.

Gynecomastia can be defined as any excess tissue on a male chest -- and that is what you have.

I would guess, however, that you have both breast tissue and fat tissue making up your extra tissue.  If you read further on this forum, you will come across many many threads of guys who have lost weight and still had excess tissue.  When you are heavy and lose weight, it is the fat component of the breast that decreases -- the actual breast tissue remains and will require surgery for complete removal.
