I am 3 weeks post-op as of yesterday and decided to do some very light jogging. I went on the treadmill for almost a half hour. Had my vest on as well (I only take it off for showers and to wash it). Now I feel like I have a little more swelling than usual and my chest is also really itchy. Is this a sign for me to stop? If so, should I just wait out the next 3 weeks and then get back into? My doctor originally said I can ease back into at the 3 week mark. It's just been killing me not to exercise because I used to run almost every day.

3 weeks is too soon imo for jogging. Too much movement.  If you're worried about gaining fat adjust your diet according to your activity level.
