Please help me choose a surgical method

I've received 3 different recommendations from 3 different doctors. They are...
1.)Lipoexcision
2.)Only liposuction
3.)Tumescent lipoplasty removing both fat and glands under tumescent local anaesthesia. It also states minimal invasive surgery of male breast.

My pics are too big to place on this forum.

I'm 68 Kg's. 1.68m and and have about 15% body fat. I have puffy nipples and some fat on my chest. I think I should porperly see my six pack after removal.

The amount of information you've provided is not really adequate to make any sort of firm recommendation, but in patients with puffy nipples and some fatty tissue in the chest, I use a combination of liposuction along with direct excision of the tissue under the areola through a short peri-areolar incision (along with a very small incision in the axillary fold--1/4").  The results of such a procedure would have no impact on your abdomen, so unless you see a six pack now, you won't notice any difference in that afterwards.
