Mine has not changed since I was a teenager. I am now almost 75 years old.

There were medications that I avoided for some time because they do cause Gynecomastia in some men. Ultimately I gave in and started the medications for prostate enlargement and accepted the blood pressure meds that I had long been avoiding. Happily they did not cause a problem.

For most of us the problem is self limiting and occurs in early teens. If this is your situation, then there is not a great liklihood of change. If you have an ongoing hormonal imbalance then yes, growth could continue.

If you start taking steroids or otherwise playing the hormonal version of Russian Roulette, Then all bets are off.
