and my right side appears puffy.I had gland removal/lipo.The right side always seemed a bit bigger than the left, but now it appears to be puffier than say 2 or 3 weeks ago.Is this normal? It doesn't feel like there is anything hard behind the nipple and the whole area feels soft-sort of like fat but not saggy. I don't know what to think.Any help would be appreciated.

At 10 weeks, it's not unusual to have some puffiness, and it can be asymmetric.  You don't necessarily feel anything, though sometimes, the remnant behind the nipple can be palpable.  You just have to give it time.
