I posted on the your stories discussion board. Having gynecomastia surgery this week. Here are my before photos. Later this week I will post the afters.

Had my surgery done thursday. And so far happy with results. As the pictures so there is still some swelling, and fluid build up from the liposuction.

you can see a definite decrease in size, but it does look swollen. did your doc do lipo as well? you seem to be carrying a bit of extra fat, but its difficult to tell whether its breast tissue or just plain ol fat (i have the same deal right now lol and its pretty annoying)
i'm sure once the swelling goes down, it'll look great. just keep that compression on 24/7 for at least 6 weeks

Hey, thanks for the reply. I had lipo done also. I don't feel the same glandular tissue I felt before the surgery, so I'm guessing it's not tissue. My chest has gotten bigger since the photos were taken. It looks really fatty, or filled with fluid. I hope this soon disappears! My new photos can be seen on the post surgery discussion board.
