3 Weeks to go.....

Well, since my consultation with Levick back in February, time seems to have crept up on me and it's now only just over 3 weeks until the op....

To all of you on here who've been through it, and I'm sure it sounds like a stupid question, but is there anything I should be doing to prepare  ??
