Question for Dr. Jacobs

I have been diagnosed with gynecomastia since I was about 13, and actually it has been both a blessing and a curse. Although the medicine the endocrinologist gave me did not work. The effort I have put into transforming my body through excercise has gotten me into some amazing shape, competing in high school track and now triathlons. However, my gynecomastia still is there and at this point there is almost no fat in the area- just tissue. I'm now 20 and 6'0" and weigh about 160-165.
I really want to get the surgery but, as you can imagine money is extremely tight for a college student present;y. I was just wondering if you still plan on continuing your work in the next 5 or so years when I can hopefully land a lucrative engineering job to pay for the procedure and get some self confidence back.
Thanks in advance, I read up on a ton of doctors over the years so far and if I could get the procedure today, I am confident I would choose you.
