Should I go off my low carb diet once I have surgery done? Low carb is definitely lacking in vitamins and it puts more strain on the body because of the weight loss, and I am afraid that would cause the healing process to slow down.
Would taking multivitamins be sufficient?

i think low carb is a good way to get the excess fluid out.  i low carbed post surgery -- really low carbed, and things turned out great.  flatter than ever.  definitely take vitamins.  get nature health multivitamins and take two pills a day.  eat a tablespoon of olive oil a day.  but, yeah, low carb was fine for me.
