Best surgeon near Boston/New England?
I'm looking to get surgery this winter (you can see my thread in the photos section) and I'm trying to find a good surgeon.

I've heard Rick Silverman in Boston is pretty good, and same for Mordecai "removed doctor" in New York. Are these guys actually good, or are there others I should know about?
