Can gyne' surgery + flank liposuction be done together?

I'm asking about 2-3 lbs of fat / breast tissue combined from all of the sites.. (I know there's usually a limit of 10-12 lbs that can be liposuctioned).

Is that feasible?

Yes, the two procedures are often combined.

Yes, I often combine thee two procedures -- I call it a Torsoplasty. You can read about Torsoplasty on my website (see below).   However, it also depends on the individual patient -- if your gyne is huge, then I might recommend the other lipo be performed at a different time.
