liposuction or Surgery

Hi All.
I want to know the difference between liposuction and Surgery. Is there any major difference in result /cost? My body is pretty much like the guy in the below video. Do you think that the procedure adopted by this doctor is good in long run ? I am 27 , 5- 11 with 180 lb.
